Is this a retirement home or a care home?
No. It's independent living. You have your own private home and live your own life, with a community around you and practical help when you want it.
How big is each community?
Each location opens with 50 homes and will grow to around 200. Big enough for plenty of company and activities, small enough that people know your name.
Who is it for?
Independent people aged 60 and over, single or as a couple, who want an active, social life in Spain with less to look after.
How much will it cost?
Prices depend on the home and the location. Request the information pack and we'll send you prices with a clear breakdown of what's included, what's optional and what you pay separately.
Can I buy or rent?
Tell us your preference when you register and we'll explain the options that suit you.
Do I need to speak Spanish?
No. Our team speaks English, and Spanish lessons will be there if you'd like them.
Which services are included?
Reception, an on-site technician, home maintenance, housekeeping and laundry, shopping help, a hair and beauty salon, and help settling in. The information pack explains what is included in the monthly fee and what is optional.
What if my health changes?
Health support is close by. If your needs go beyond independent living, we'll help you understand your options honestly, whether that's extra help at home or a move to a better-suited setting. We won't promise what we can't deliver.
Does registering commit me to anything?
No. Registering only means we'll send you information and answer your questions. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
