[Company name], [Registered address], tax ID [CIF] ("we") is the controller of the personal data collected through soleravillage.com. Contact: privacy@soleravillage.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us in the form: first name, surname, email address, optional phone number and country of residence.
- Optional information about your preferences: location, type of home, buy or rent, timing, who would move, age range, what appeals to you, and any message you write.
- Whether you asked to receive occasional news by email.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. See our cookie notice.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To answer your request and send the information pack: steps taken at your request before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To send occasional news, only if you ticked the box: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- To improve our offer using your optional answers in aggregate: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or you become a resident, in which case other retention rules apply.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We share it only with service providers who host and process it for us under data processing agreements (website and database hosting, email delivery). Where a provider is outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, or withdraw consent at any time, by emailing privacy@soleravillage.com. We reply within one month.
You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es) or the authority in your own country.
Security
Your data is sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that can only be accessed by authorised staff.
