Life here is easy. Our team on site takes care of the everyday jobs, so you never have to find a plumber, chase a repair or clean the windows yourself. Just ask at reception.
Reception
Your first point of contact for any question. Parcels collected, bookings made, visitors welcomed.
On-site technician
Wi-Fi not working, a TV to set up, a picture to hang, a dripping tap. Tell reception and it gets fixed.
Home maintenance
Air conditioning, boiler and appliances checked and serviced for you, and repairs in your home arranged by the team.
Housekeeping and laundry
Regular cleaning of your home, fresh bed linen and towels, and your laundry washed and ironed.
Shopping help
Groceries ordered and delivered to your door, and errands run for you when you'd rather not go out.
Hair and beauty salon
An on-site salon for haircuts, manicures and beauty treatments, a few steps from home.
Help settling in
Support with the paperwork of moving to Spain: tax number (NIE), residency, healthcare registration and a bank account. We introduce you to independent lawyers and tax advisers.
Health support close by
Links with local doctors and healthcare providers, so help is close at hand if you need it. Solera Village is independent living, not a care home.
